First Concert

Last night I got to surprise the big boys with tickets to Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line concert tickets. They were super excited to experience their first concert and to top it off they are HUGE Florida Georgia Line fans. We headed to Lakewood Amphitheater and our adventure began.

We had lawn seats and I think I underestimated the crazies that would be out that night. We were surrounded by crazy teenagers, lots of drunk people and towards the end of the night the overwhelming smell of pot. We witnessed three fights, one of the fights I actually had to step in front of the boys to protect them. With all of these distractions I don't think they could enjoy the live music as much as possible. We ended up leaving early because the darker it got the more drunk people got and the more uncomfortable the boys became. I think next time we need to pay extra for the seats. I do think they had fun and enjoyed hearing them sing live and I do think it is an experience they will never forget!
