SNOW IN GEORGIA!!

We looked at the window and couldn't believe our eyes...SNOW!! The boys ran straight to their jackets so they could head outside. Once outside it was like it was the first warm day after a long winter up north, all I could hear were children running around and yelling.."It's snowing!" Every neighborhood kid and surrounding neighborhood kid were outside making the most of what rarely happens here. The boys ran around and played and were loving it. That kept on saying "This is incredible! This is awesome! Mommy, it really is snow!" We had to head off to choir and once we got back there was actually accumulation and we let Noah stay up until about 9pm so he could play. Owen had a cold and wasn't feeling well so he was in bed. So, all your northerns will make fun of the pictures you are about to see, but for my kids this was the best!!

See the snow!

As you can tell it was fun for the boys! Too bad it is already melted!

The snow definitely makes me jealous. We live so far north that the sun rises around 8:15 and sets around 3:30 yet we get no snow. It's not fair. I hope you get more this weekend so the boys can play in it.
