Noah, Owen and I went to Savannah for the weekend and had a great time. It was so nice to get away with just them and let me tell you how much easier it was to just have my big boys with me! First packing was a breeze and secondly they are just fun and easy to be around. We left Thursday afternoon and came home Saturday afternoon. We went to visit our friends from baseball the Snipes. Janice and I became friends when Owen and her son Ryan were put on the same baseball team in kindergarten. Her other son and Noah are also the same age and became fast friends. They moved away last summer and we really missed having them around during baseball season. Once we arrived it was like we never left each other. The kids immediately started to play baseball and the entire time we were their, there was not one disagreement. They live in a a really cool community and they get around to most places in their neighborhood by a golf cart. On Friday we spent the day on Tybee Island where the boys spent the whole day in the ocean with their boogie boards.

After a day on the beach we headed to downtown Savannah which is a very cool town and went out for pizza and ice cream, then we rode a water taxi and walked along the river.
On Saturday we rode the golf cart around their community and then spent the afternoon swimming.
It was a great trip and the boys have decided they want to move there. We can't wait to go back and visit again. Thank you to the Snipe's family for having us!
