Connor finished up his first year of preschool a week before the older boys got out of school. He was pretty ready for school to end. He loved school, his teachers (Ms.Nancy and Ms. Laurie) and friends, but I think he was just over it all. On the second to last day of school he had a little concert and then we headed back to his classroom where they gave him a little certificate. He will be going back to Noonday in the fall and will be going four days a week. He is growing up quickly!
He also celebrated the end of his first baseball season. He was super excited for his trophy. He talked about it for days before he got it. He was excited to be like his brothers and start his own trophy collection. He really got a lot better through out the season and impressed many with his batting skills. He also has become really good with the glove. He can catch pop flys and can actually have a real catch. He carries his glove and ball all over and is constantly throwing the ball up in the air or against the wall to catch. Every Friday night before his game on Saturday he would lay out his whole uniform on the fireplace and as soon as he woke up in the morning he would get dressed for his game. He is going to play in some pick up games this summer that his coach is putting together, but he says he doesn't want to play in the fall he really wants to try soccer.
