This past weekend we spent celebrating the 4th as a family and with some friends. On the 3rd we started the day at the Marietta Parade and then that evening we went on the 4-wheeler around our neighborhood and then had some fireworks of our own. I think we are officially rednecks!
The boys were excited about the fireworks, but once they started Connor was not that excited!
Owen enjoying the sparklers and of course Zoe was very into the fireworks also.
During the day on the 4th we just hung out and pulled out the slip-n-slide. The boys had a blast!
That evening we headed to our friends house who host a 4th of July party every year and lots of our friends go. We get to hang out with friends and the kids get to run around the golf course that they live on. When it is dark enough we just sit in their front yard and watch the firework show! Connor was pretending to sleep during it because he didn't like them. It was a fun weekend!
