A Very Fun Night of Baseball

Last night we had a very fun night at Turner Field. We got there about 10 minutes before the gates opened and were one of the first people in the stadium. We were able to watch the Braves batting practice where we stood down front calling for the players to toss us a ball. To our surprise Owen was tossed one! We then watched Tim Hudson in the bull pen warming up. After that we got Noah and Owen lined up for the pre-game parade. Chris, Connor and I went down to the field and watched the Diamondbacks hit and Connor waved to one of the players and he then threw the ball to Chris to give to him. Connor was very excited and proud of his ball. We stood there for a long time before the parade started. A bunch of little league teams marched out onto the field where they walked around the field waving to everyone. The looks on Noah and Owen's faces were priceless. They said they saw Bobby Cox as they passed the Braves dugout. The pictures aren't the best, but you will get the idea. They were even on the big screen! What a great experience for the boys! We then stayed for the game. Gotta love baseball!Connor was very proud of his ball!
