Yesterday we went to a Georgia Tech football game. We were able to get our hands on some cheap tickets and we thought it would be fun to take the boys to their first college football experience. None of us are GT fans, but we still thought it would be fun. So we headed out after downtown after their lacrosse game and as soon as we got there it started to rain. We were still excited and staying positive.
Outside the stadium! The stadium has great views of Atlanta and it was fun walking in to see all the college students enjoying the game outside the stadium. We even got to have some conversations with the kids about some college students that were enjoying the game a little too much.
Well, the game ended up being a blowout and the rain and the cold ended up being a little too much for everyone. We were fading fast.
We ended up leaving at half time, but it was still a fun experience. Because it wasn't a big game I think the excitement level wasn't there that we thought there would be.
