Raining But Busy Weekend

We had a lot of outdoor activities planned for this weekend, but it ended up being a very wet weekend. That didn't stop us from still having fun. Saturday morning Connor, Kyle and I headed to the East Cobb Parade. We go every year and the big boys were suppose to join us after lacrosse practice, but apparently they are too old and too cool to come to a parade anymore, so it was just me and my favorite little boys.

It stopped raining for some of the parade and the kids loved it, especially Kyle.

We had some time before we had to head to our next event so what do you do on a rainy day? Play Monopoly of course! Owen has been begging us to play and so we did and I quickly remembered why I never really liked that game. After the very exciting game of Monopoly we headed to Bray's birthday party. Of course it was a football party and the plan was to play football. Luckily the rain stopped right before the party and everyone stayed somewhat dry, but they were muddy. Nobody cared, it was a bunch of boys! .

It was a successful party and full day!
