Chris was in California over Valentine's Day so it was just me and my little boys. We have some traditions we try to stick with like pancakes for breakfast, pizza for dinner and a special dessert. The boys came home from school loaded with cards candy and hyped on a sugar! Let's just say the afternoon didn't go so well with a combination like that, lots of attitude, talking back and "It's Not Fair!" comments. Instead of putting them in time out I put myself in time out and it seemed to work for all of us. We were able to end the evening with a nice dinner together of pizza and a trip to Cold Stone Creamery for dessert. To the left is this years valentine card that I make each boy. It is funny how much they love them and everyone needs to read theirs outloud.

Valentine's Day
